Most of you know by now that my job has come to a decided point as they want to wait six months before they renegotiate my title and compensation. At which point I will have been doing my job and the director's for about eight months.
Happy Feet was a good movie. It made me Happy. Baby penguins should be squished for being so damn cute.
Still have a boyfriend. I know, I'm just as surprised as you are. I'm waiting for the universe to get me.
Both of my parents are doubting my career choice and vowed to support me if I wanted to go back to school to which my reaction is "AHHH! No more school! BACK YOU DEMONS OF EDUCATION!"
This feeling will probably fade as we all know I am school addict and must know ALL.
I had so much caffine this morning that I'm still shaking.
It's finals, so I've been helping people. Mostly with their Work Cited page. Something that library school did teach me. So that's Rutgers: 1 Reality: 456
I'm writing. Orginal stuff. If I finish it, it'll probably be the most 'me' thing I've ever written, in that it'll be fantasy/horror and what I've finally realized is my distinctly YA voice. It's an experiment since young adult fiction has changed a lot since I read it and the part of me that loves adult themes has to be slapped into submission, but it's the first time I've felt my writing style matches my potential audience.
Does anyone want a part-time reference position? We have one opening.
And...SCENE.
