As you all know, I don't write in my livejournal that much, but the past two days have been such an pure example of my stupidity that I felt they could not go unheeded. There are two clear examples of this:
1. I wrote the first six pages of a paper over spring break. It was due this week and needed to be 10-15. When I went to print out the first six to give a presentation on it for this past monday, I discovered that in a fit of organzation I had managed to delete them.
Please, hold your applause until the end.
2. I sent in my application to grad school, just squeking in past the March 1st due date and been worrying about it ever since. When I finally called today to ask them what the fuck was going on, it turns out...wait for it....the applications are actually due on MAY 1, not MARCH.
Thank you, thank you. I return you to you previously scheduled activities.
